The Campus House has three, fully furnished bedrooms upstairs.

It has two single rooms and one shared room.  All utilities are paid.

The rooms are rented yearly to either all male or all female students.

FAQ's about living at the campus house:

How long is the lease?
The 12 month lease begins June 1st, and ends May 31st of the following year.

What exactly does "fully furnished" mean?
All bedrooms come equiped with a twin size bed & mattress(a loft in the shared room), closet, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair.

Does the kitchen have plates and cups I can use?
Yes, the kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, and all the items you will need for cooking/eating.  Each tenet is alloted space in the cabinets and two refridgerators.

If I lived in the house, would the ministry provide my food?
No.  You can purchase a meal plan on campus, or cook your own food.  Cooking your own food is much cheaper!

What utilities are paid?
Gas, electric, water, and trash pick-up are all included.

What services would I have to pay for?
Supplies for your bedroom, cable TV, internet, phone and local newspaper are up to the tenet to pay, if so desired.

Can I park my scooter in the driveway?
All tenets are allowed one vehicle in the driveway.  Additional parking is available on the street if needed.

Is there a washer and dryer in this house?
Yes, the washer and dryer may be used by the tenets ONLY for $1.00 per load.

Can I have Misty, my pet poodle, live with me in my room?
No pets are allowed in the Campus House.

Would a keg party be ok on the weekends?
Alcohol, non-prescription narcotics, or tobacco are not allowed on the Campus House property.
